At Sioux remote solutions I was a senior software engineer and my responsibilities included:

• implementing specific customer integrations
• communicating independently with customers about requirements
• designing and implementing new features

Even if Ronald were absolutely incompetent, I'd want him on my team for his sheer optimism and his contagious can-do attitude.

Turns out, however, that Ronald is one of the most capable engineers I have met. He embraces domains quickly and can come up with a practical solution for every problem imaginable.
