Pi Extensions

Extensions for the pi coding agent harness:

• pi-jev-guard: A pre-execution guard rail extension for pi where JEV scores and gates mutating tool calls against safety questions before execution.
• pi-read-only: A read-only mode extension for pi that restricts the agent to research, exploration, and discussion without modifying files or executing destructive operations.
